Chakras in body

 

Salutation to the Reality, truth, cosmic power. From the womb of cosmos we all have born. We unquestionably depend on this cosmic power. This Cosmic power is cause of our birth. This cosmic power reside in our body & in our life our all actions all proceedings depends on this cosmic power. This cosmic power attains energy from Cosmos through 7 Chakra systems present in our body and with this energy this cosmic power can travel upward by changing the flow of breath. Our breathing system goes upward to downward but practicing chakra healing modify the path of breath and then our breathing goes downward to upward and then this cosmic power travel upward in body. This chakra system starts from base of spine and upto head. Our physical eyes and science cannot witness this chakra system, But with our own inner eye we can attain Gyana (knowledge) & witness all chakras in our body.

First Chakra is Muladhara, in body it is located at the end of spine, near pelvic bone. When we meditate with closed eyes gazing between eyebrows or simply gaze, then sometimes red color light appears when our energy center starts healing. So this light of Red color represents Muladhara Chakra and it is basic chakra. Cosmic power is our consciousness and it travel through chakra upto top of our body but the chakra should be purified. Purification process happen with yoga,meditation,pranayama,Guru teachings, Following spiritual path,singing,less eating, turning desire less.  Mostly human being do not purify their chakra after birth so the consciousness resides in this muladhara chakra. If consciousness resides in this chakra more attention of human being remains worldly. If this chakra is not purified and energy can not be received then consciousness will be united to wordily affairs. More desires,anger,lust,ego,pride,attachment will be active in the mind of human.

 

Second Chara is Svadisthana Chara : It is near belly button. It directs our desires, taste, interest, preferences. We see orange colors lights if we gaze in mid of our eyebrows with closed eyes for long time when this chakra attains energy from cosmos.

Manipura Chakra : It is third chakra and located above between belly button. When this chakra get healing we get more courage, attains more discipline, more power, ability to work without tiredness. We see yellow color when we gaze behind eyebrow if this chakra attains energy from cosmos for the body.

Heart Chakra: The fourth chakra located in heart; when this chakra attains energy for our body from cosmos One see Green color when gaze in mid of eyebrow. This chakra energy heals the body. It cleans the disease in body. We can say this chakra is the physician of our body. As per my knowledge from the ancient time sages who attain intellect of healing inner system & body use to tell to the patient to concentrate on this green color to kill the disease in body; that is why in today modern life too green color is used in hospital. But that green color of hospital is related to material world which do not give benefit to body but if we concentrate on this chakra to heal ,the green color light perfectly heals us,kill the virus of disease and make us healthy. This chakra also related to love & emotion. Healing of this chakra heals our emotions and love without selfishness take place in mind; which was self-centered.

Vishudha Chakra : This chakra kill the virus in throat. When this chakra attains energy from Cosmos We see sky color light when we concentrate on eyebrow. This chakra opening is not easy. One has to meditate for long time by ceasing all movement of senses. Sometimes seeker may get heavy cough, phlegm. For deep Sadhna sadhak has to control cough too and need to focus on no movement. When this chakra get healing our voice become sweet, pleasant, polite. The listener who listen to the one whose throat chakra is balanced he attain peace. Mostly singers throat chakra is open & balance that is why their singing pleased to our ears and they sing so well.

Ajna Chakra (Third Eye chakra) : Located in mid of eyebrow, when attains energy from cosmos we see blue color light in mid of our eyebrow when we gaze. Rare one with discipline & devotion can open and balance this chakra. Activation of this chakra bestow gift of wise intellect. One turn skillful and his learning capability increase 10 times higher than earlier. Many form of arts too take place in him, he may like to play instruments and can play even without learning, he may sing raga, compose music, turn good writer, or any skillful art will take birth in him. His face will attain glow. He will be prefer to talk less and will turn more discipline, more devotional.

Sahasrar Chakra : Located on the top & mid of our head. This chakra activation is not possible with our sense control and our efforts, When seeker dip in devotion, his breathing turn short, then for few moment seeker forget to breath, at that moment when breathing turn equal and when it get stop then from our bottom of spine our consciousness travel crossing all charkas from mooladhara to ajna and then one pull come from our head and it feels like some magnetic force has pulled something from our eyebrow. This is blissful moment, one hear inner music ( Naad) here which is joyful and highest pleasure above than worldly pleasure. Music is like sound of OOOOOOOOOOOOOmmmmm with vibrations, sometimes music is like sound of  sitar/Vina/string instrument. These sound are so celestial and blissful. Reaching here seeker never return to worldly life. He shed cover of ego here. He attains contentment,peace,bliss,greatest joy, Samadhi. He learn to cease his senses, control his desires and attaining this stage he turn completely devotional and follow life with discipline. He eat very little, He like to speak less. He attain perfect detachment from all his relatives and family. Happiness/joy do not excite him and sorrows do not turn suffering for him. He remain same in both pair of opposite. The effect of pair of opposite such as heat/cold, joy/sorrow,honor/dishonor turn same for him. Wordily matters , money, possession , fame to  all this he do not pay any concern. He possesses supreme intellect,Cosmic energy, gyana ( Knowledge) of Brahman(union of consciousness with super consciousness). He float in bliss of Samadhi and wear jewelry of peace,contentment. He has learn to control his senses, desires. He attains detachment, shed his ego,pride,lust,anger. His breathing turn slow and all the time his breath does pranayama automatically. He attain the skill of yoga nidra and only 2 hour sleep is enough for his body to maintain. He eats very less as for his body energy can be attained from cosmos through this chakra without any interruption. He can heal other too by gaze ,by touch by marma therapy. One who attains the company of the one whose Sahasrar chakra is activated he also enjoy. He also learn to maintain celibacy and know the secret of forwarding semen upward instead of downward in body. He speaks truth, he turn worriless, he turn courageous. He attains self realization divine qualities and taste the divine fruit.

Once Sh Rama (son of Dashratha) who attained self realization by following the teaching of guru vashista & Guru Agastya , was about to start a battle with Ravan who kidnapped his wife. Vibhishan,who was follower of Rama asked sh Rama that Ravan is much powerful ,how you will be able to defeat him with less sources,less weapons, less force. Then Sh Rama said who possess self realization can face any battle in life and will not be defeated by anyone. In next blog I will write in detail  about that discourse. For now I will finish up with last line that self realization help us to direct our life in peace, bliss , permanent joy with contentment & wise intellect devoid of anger,lust,pride,ego , else worldly possession ,fame, money can offer us temporary pleasure with no contentment but can produce anger,pride,ego,lust in our mind.
